Center for Spiritual Inquiry and Integral Education

The Center for Spiritual Inquiry and Integral Education (CSIIE) is the latest "Center within the Center" at Gaia House Interfaith Center. Michael Fisher, Ph.D, director of the program, has an office space within the Dave Colombo Memorial Library.

The aim of CSIIE is to provide a creative and nurturing "think-tank" space to generate leading-edge ideas for personal and cultural transformation based on the mission of Gaia House Interfaith Center. Currently, CSIIE is lead by a team of three associates: Michael, Zachary Seibert, and Treesong. While still in its infancy, CSIIE currently schedules guest presentations and hosts a regular Art & Spirituality Inquiry group (second and fourth Sundays, 1:00 p.m.).

The future plan is to develop a complimentary holistic-integral certificate leadership program for SIUC students and a series of programs for "mindful teachers" in school, college, university, and other adult education systems.
